Professional Background:

As a Training Professional at a Nuclear Generating Facility for 17 years, Mr. LiVoti was involved with site Safety and Health Staff in conducting safety audits and observing/critiquing craft personnel working in the field. He developed and delivered lesson plans and incorporated site specific safety information based on the above activities.  He has supported and conducted OSHA safety training for over 1000 temporary employees hired yearly as supplemental support staff and participated on a committee that advised and oversaw the safety-related incidents at a large industrial location reduced to a level seen as one of the best in the industry.
